Very helpfull in hard-cases. Be informed, that variety of cars is wider on the app compareing to the office. Price is way better on the app too. Great staff again.

Rented a beautiful 640d here for my costa brava roadtrip. Fast and easy pickup, great price, and Aniel at the branch office was super helpful and friendly.
If you are heading to the beach, this location is super convenient to get to the highway out of town without having to drive through city center traffic.

The car we received was in excellent condition. As the entire facility belonged only to SIXT, picking up/dropping off the car was very fast and easy. There is also a petrol station just next to them which makes refueling before returning the car extremely convenient.
What really impressed me was their customer service though. We had an issue with our invoice after returning the car and at first, I was not hopeful that we will be able to reach a speedy resolution as the car had already been returned and the money charged to my account.
However, after sending an email to their customer service feedback email address, they responded the next day and everything was sorted out within 3 business working days! This was my first time renting with SIXT and it will definitely not be my last time. It is very comforting to know that this is a company I can rely on to follow through with their great customer service even after the car has been returned.
