Realmente son un servicio social. Quise anular mi reserva y no se acogieron a cláusulas de contrato y letra pequeña que no te sueles leer, lo que me hubiera pasado en otro sitio de alquiler. Estando el arrendador y yo como arrendatario de acuerdo, nuestra palabra primaba en el acuerdo y solo se me han cobrado los gastos mínimos financieros 5 euros y el seguro, en el que entiendo que no pueden hacer nada. Además todo muy rápido. Gran servicio!!

Watch out for this company. They might do the cancelation of your car a few hours before calling you and telling lies. Dont waste your time, better find somthing serious

Very slow website, worst customer support and be cautious with the cancellation policy, i wouldn't advise to use social car. The idea is really nice but their management is really bad and it's a nightmare if you encounter any problem whatsoever.
