Remote from city center but accessible by tram (20 mins/1 change). Spartan rooms, poorly designed with a weird shelf/desk not condusve to working. Not up to Marriott standards.

Friendly staff, nice rooms. Location is not great as there is not much nearby. Bathroom door is just a swinging door that does not completely close or lock.

The hotel is a bit out of the way from everything except the Fira conference space. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The concierge folks are all very nice and helpful, provided good advice on restaurants to dine at. Room service was fine. Nothing Earth shattering but tasty and fresh ingredients. The four star rating is only due to location being out of the way. Everything else was great.

So... I have stayed no where else in Spain, yet, but I was pretty frustrated with my stay here... Booked a king, was told only two twins was left and we are on our honey moon... No one answered the phone when I tried to order room service... No one was able to tell me a good place to eat... No one was able to tell me where I would be able to buy a watch... I was told and laughed at when I asked if the beach was in walking distance (which by the way... It is about an hour and a half walk... Through many beautiful parts of Spain) For me, knowing the Marriott in the USA, I was highly disappointed. Will not stay here again!
