Es la segunda vez que asisto a una convención. En este aspecto me han parecido impecables los medios proporcionados. En cuanto al hotel la situacion es inmejorable la vista de algunas habitaciones fantastica. El desayuno buffet bien, almuerzo no destaca. En la segunda ocasion debo poner muy mala nota con la regulación de temperatura de las habitaciones, en pleno mes de Noviembre un calor insoportable que no pudieron solucionar a pesar de las quejas de varios clientes.

Got engaged on the roof of this fabulous hotel with breathtakingly stunning views. Friendly staff that make your day. And gorgeous bedrooms!

The safety deposit boxes don't work. The location is great. Buffet breakfest is good.

We stayed here before flying home to the UK after a long flight across the Atlantic. The room was great, spacious and well furnished. The rooftop terrace gives great views of Plaça d'Espanya though the outdoor pool is pretty cold in September!
Special thanks to Andrea who helped us out a lot on up the 6th floor and made our stay very enjoyable.

Great location, good staff & more than adequate rooms. Train station nearby. Subway entrance out front & bus routes at Plaza Espania. Restaurants all over & most everything w/in walking distance. Within the hotel a caution or two. Plenty of hot water but the European showers still mystify me. No washcloths & no alarm clock. Room temperature easy to adjust. Plenty of elevators But caution as they are not adjusted to exactly match floor level. Breakfast buffet has everything. Staff generally good English speaking but some American slang not understood.
