Doesn't look like a 4 stars to me. More like a 3 stars. It's good if you need to spend 1-2 nights for work and need to be in this area of the city.

I have spent two nights in this hotel and some of my belongings have disappeared. I notified the help desk and they informed me they would look into it. However, it has been some time now and still no updated nor my belongings back or any kind of compensation. Purely on the fact that you are robbed when not in your room I strongly advise you not to stay at this hotel.

The staff were amazing, so accommodating and made me feel really welcome. The only negative was lack of bar/restaurant

Quite a secluded location but still has a few restaurants close by. Rooms are cozy and customer service is good.

Priced appropriately. Not 4 star quality service, but very nice staff. The bed was hard and pillows flat. They could use some new beds, pillows, and linens. It would not take much to bring this place up to 4 star quality.
