The worst place we have ever experiences in out life. Super rude staff never smiling. Be careful when you try to cancel your membership, they will for sure rip you off. Don't ever try to talk to Ester, the Director, she has not got a clou of what customer service means. Never

Sala de fitness muy básica y con pesos máximos en mancuernas de 27,5kg, una verguenza. Monitor de sala inexistente. O pagas clases privadas o no te corrige ni el tato. No tiene esencia de gimnasio fitness para nada.

Ha mejorado mucho en cuanto a equipamientos y máquinas en l sala d fitness. Clases dirigidas, spining, pistas d pádel, piscina y trato muy atento x parte del personal. Ls vestuarios y l zona d saunas sigue siendo su asignatura aún pendiente, claro q eso s debe en muchos casos al poco civismo d algunos clientes. L instalación cuenta cn bar y terraza.

Han ido eliminando toda la variedad de horarios y precios que tenian. Ahora pagas 50€ vayas toda la semana o solo 2 dias, asi no se fomenta que la gente haga deporte.

What an appalling experience! There are rude people in this world. And I can not believe they selected one of the rudest one at the reception in this club. I did not even ask for her name as I was speechless. I will describe her as the ginger-hair lady. She was unhelpful and she clearly was not willing to help. Even though I was explaining things in Spanish.She gave me the wrong information. She did not give me access to the club while I did have a monthly pass. She did not even say goodbye or adios or au revoir, nor gave me a smile or an apology. She just waited for me to be a bit further from her so that she could talk to her colleague behind my back. I then had to walk all the way down to the club Jupiter where the man at the reception knew everything about his job and treated me like a customer. I have to say he was amazing, I will write to Gymforless to complain. And I will go back to the club to talk to the manager as this unpolite lady needs to understand what customer service means. I will give another feedback regarding the equipment...
