This is definetely the best Crossfit box in Barcelona!! Excellent training gear and tremendous location with a lot of natural light and more than 500m2 for training. Excellent coaches as well that always make you improve your technique and boost your motivation and performance.

Recently discovered Crossfit Diagonal and it's now a no-brainer for me : great coaches, big and naturall lit play ground with all the equipment you need, committed and friendly people, fostering you to push your boundaries further every time !

Best box I have ever been so far (more than 12 visited). GHD, sleds, skiergs, assault bikes, Rogue material all over the place... you name it. An independent and unbiased review!

Great facility! Xfit Diagonal has very friendly instructors and fellow crossfitters that provide one with workouts and motivation that could never be achieved at an average gym. The classes consist of a diverse age and skill level, making the space welcoming for all. Although workouts are taught in Spanish, most of the people will be able to explain in English if need be. Guidance is automatically given throughout the class and more can be given by asking one of the instructors for help. In the following order, each class consists of verbally going over the workout, warming up with calisthenics and other stretches, working on the skills that are associated with the workout (instructor demonstrates correct forms), and finally the workout. All good fun.
