A fantastic hotel with very comfortable rooms. The room was spacious and well set up for kids. The location is great, a very short walk to the Rambla. The pool is very nice, a good way to relax after some sightseeing. All the staff were very helpful.

I really didn't want to leave ! I stayed in the junior suite with private pool and my only complaint was the pool should of been heated. Breakfast and spa access was free with room and I absolutely loved my stay. Will definitely be back soon. Lovely staff too !!

Fabulous hotel with great facilities. We had a room with a private pool which was amazing. Breakfast is superb with lots of choice. Gym and spa facilities are fab. Great location at the top of La Ramblas. Would highly recommend.

Very clean modest rooms. Location is its strongest point.
We only had breakfast here but the selection was vast every morning. We did have drinks by the pool which was lovely but you pay for the setting, 2 Gin and tonics were over 20 Euro.

Great location, got the room with the balcony, nice views to enjoy morning coffee from.
The front desk staff was busy and when the walking tour guide walked in and interrupted the desk person to ask if anyone was there for the walking tour, the desk person didn't ask around the room if anyone was there for the tour. My wife and I were waiting for over 5 minutes to tell the desk person we were there for the tour.
Also check in was for 1400, we got there a little early and were told the rooms weren't ready yet, so we waited till two twenty, then the room was ready. The issue is my wife emailed the reservation center a week earlier to request and early checked check in with no reply.
Plus side was in that same email she had mentioned it was our anniversary and with the bed turn down service, we received a bottle of champagne and a fruit plate.
Spa amenities were nice, the massage was excellent, but the hot tub wasn't hot and the steam room was nice but mostly humidity and not much heat. We skipped the €20 per person breakfast, room reservation with lowered the price by €2. Found a great local breakfast place "Florida" around the corner, across from Starbucks.
