They told we could park there without need of reservation, arrive there they send us to a public parking were I pay 35€.
We book a massage on the spa before going to the hotel and they said all good. Arrive there check in go to the room and as soon as we get in they call us saying they couldn't get the massage.
The only reason we choose that hotel was because of that. I write a complain and we get no answer. I speak Spanish but my girlfriend was speaking in English so they thought I didnt understand the parallel talking between them, were they were making fun of all of it.
Really bad, it's a scam on parking, do not go there, are much better hotels around at same price.

Very helpful staff and great facilities. Good central location with easy access to public and tourist transport.

Rooms lovely! Staff very friendly! Location very good! Quite close to hard rock cafe, McDonald's etc and had a good few bars around. I have a fussy husband who didn't like the look of the menu so we have not tried the food!

Great hotel only a few minutes walk from the top of the Ramblas, so in a very good location. There is a Starbucks opposite for breakfast. It has a pool as well with outdoor seating and bar. The gym only had a few pieces of equipment in it. Spacious rooms and bathroom.

Very central and staff quite attentive and helpful. It is Not in the Ramblas but close... Rooms have no drawers at all !! Should have some form of night lighting. The hotel is a kind of maze! Spa is closed for renovation and the Internet does not signal this! Breakfast is great.
