Very nice, beautiful inside rooms, and around the hotel. Room service food was really good had a burger with fries, big recommendation if you want something different. The front desk employees were a bit unprofessional, rude over the phone needed a iron for a event it took over an hour and a half and the front desk seemed like they did not care.

We were disappointed in this hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel. To start off, the shuttle is a joke. We arrived at the airport and the shuttle never came, we ended up taking a taxi. The room bathroom was nice, but the room itself was not very clean, carpet was dirty, refrigerator broken. They did not even have complimentary coffee in the room, had to pay to use gym and swimming pools. Area around the hotel is more industrial, have to take the metro or shuttle in town. They only have one shuttle at certain hours and if you are not there between the firs 15 people, you have to find a different way to get to the center.

Me and my fiancé had a great time staying here in one of their suites.
The building itself is spectacular and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
It's in the pricey side but I feel it was well worth the money.
They've a short taxi ride into the city or to the airport and provide free shuttles.
Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, didn't eat here so cannot comment on the restaurants but the rooms are lovely and staff are attentive. We would definitely book again.
