Nice infrastructure, view is super cool, though arrogant staff and business model of this fitness center made me leave.
Yellow flag was when I was last in the gym around 40 minutes before closing hour and trainer/receptionist started shutting down the lights. When I asked if he can turn it back on he acted like he couldn't hear me and left to place behind bar where I couldn't reach him.
Last drop for me was a call from a staff: "your 3 months subscription is coming to an end, either pay us or we cancel your contract". I suggested I would like to continue in a month when I come back to Barcelona as it doesn't make sense to pay for time I won't be here, he replied "it's ok to start in February, but you will have to pay for January as well".
So it turned out you have to keep paying continuously. Once you stop you have to pay entry fee (around 120 EUR) again. Be careful.
They could learn something about customer service, flexibility and methods to substitute arrogance with sense of being polite.

I had a terrible experience with this gym. It looks nice and clean, has small amazing SPA with an amazing aromatherapy thanks to restaurants, so if you are restaurant smell lover this is prefect place for you.
I had experienced that I was not able to use facilities. One of trainers jumped on me saying that I can't occupy gym and using mobile and that I NEED TO MOVE NOW. That was at 11 AM when there are no so many people using the gym, that trainer was with a client and he needed machine for his private class. I can only imagine how they are treating people at the peak hours.
As I was not able to agree that they treat me like this for €302 per month, I quit from this gym requesting refund, their official response was that my statements are not real. So BE CAREFUL.

Great gym. Going here for 8 months now. The equipment is good, new equipment from time to time. Everything is clean, they have fresh towels for you, friendly trainers and other staff, additionally you can go to the spa.
Outside they have a running course it goes all the way around the arena, right under the roof. You have an amazing view over there, I love it.
