been a member for 7 years never had a problem taking guests and today for the first time i had a problem, will be canceling my membership and look for a better gym with a more professional and better trained staff .

Impossible to train because of too many members. At 18:30-20:00 weekdays you can't even move around and you will have to queue for every machine. I've had this gym for 3 years and been satisfied but this will be the last time unfortunately. 👎

What good are all these features and facilities if the first people you encounter (the reception) are incredibly rude. They look down on everyone. Even Spanish speaking people. I spent €200 on treatments in one day and when I try to get through the electric gates they both give me a dirty look and shrug to each other. If you like to pose and act important this gym is for you. If you like good service and to be treated with respect it is not. No amount of towels makes up for this arrogant atmosphere.
