This place has been recommended to me by Lonely Planet. When I klindly asked the waiters for a table for one person they said that no table is available altough plenty of free tables were available. When I pointed out this fact to the lady she told me that this table is available for 3 Person, that table is for 2 Persons and so on. Now I can totally understand that they don't wanna sit me on a table where 3 or more person can sit. But come on, a guy occupying a table for 2 persons. This is still reasonable given the fact that there were plenty of free tables available. Well I don't like to be discriminated for traveling alone thus 1 Star!

Reserve a table a few days in advance, you're not likely to get a table just walking in.
The food here is actually great; one of the nicer places we stopped at on our foodie trip of northern Spain.

Great seafood and steak especially the t bone, I don't drink but my friends who were with me loved the wine here

Great steak, great wine. Resonably priced we almost didn't go in as it looked closed from the outside.

One of the best places for meat in Bilbao. The tbone is amazing, specially if you choose the size of the cut. Service is also excellent.
