Excellent location, clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast buffet is good. Slightly tricky arrangement in place if you need to park your car, but feasible.

good location, but that's about it. tiny room, terrible internet, charged us an exorbitant amount for using the room phone for two short local (!) calls, room service knocks on the door every day despite the do not disturb sign.

Hotel is modern and clean with decent sized rooms. Nice variwty of food at breakfast times. Reception staff are really helpful and pointed us in the right direction for places of interest and buses. The location is fabulous! Had everything in walking distance, including restaurants, shops, cathedral, chapel, Madrassah, town hall, bus stops etc. All in all a great experience!

Very reasonable price during the peak season like August. The room is clean and tidy with a lovely tiny balcony that gives us great sunshine every morning. Staff are friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to book the Alhambra tickets online and they did it for me within minutes before the last one sold out for the next day. Many choices for breakfast from a simple toast to an extensive buffet.

Great central location, good serviceable room, friendly staff, lovely breakfast with lots to choose from to fill you up for the day. There was a problem with our booking but Raquel was quick to sort it. Very close to some amazing tapas bars, you only have to turn left or right and all of the bars offer reasonable drinks and fantastic food.
