We had a car rental arranged for 0800, to go from Jerez to Malaga airport. No one showed up at the Europcar kiosk until 0845. Other customers were also waiting. You know it's bad when the staff at your competitors are apologizing to your customers on your behalf. Not impressed. On the positive side, the staff was pleasant but that kind of tardiness at this kind of business is simply unacceptable.

Das Auto war wieder nagelneu und sehr günstig. Das Anstehen dauert aber eine Stunde.

Alquilamos el coche en granada y lo dejamos en jerez, y en general bien. con el seguro pelao sale mas o menos bien de precio, el problema viene si quieres añadir alguna cobertura adicional por prevencion. En general el servicio es rapido y bueno.
