I had a great stay here. The staff is fantastic. They are very customer centric and accomediating. The fixtures have been updated relatively recently (within the last ~5 years). The pool has some amazing views and is very nice as is the gym. The bar and restaurant are also very inviting. I'd happily stay here again.

Rooms are nice and clean. You have to pay €10 a day for parking in the hotel grounds.Hotel is lovely though the gym area is poor and unfortunately for us was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel as both active and wanted to continue our fitness regime whilst on holiday.

Somewhat worn around the edges, but AC Hotel is still a good choice, price wise as well as location wise. The old city is a stroll away, but the new part of Las Palmas, where your needs for nightlife, restaurants and bar hopping is more present, is 3-4 kilometers away so this most likely calls for a trip with taxi to be within reach. The rooftop pool is a huge plus, breakfast isn't.

Rooms are very spacious, and modern. The breakfast is fine. Perfect location if you want to visit the city or for meetings.

We had a great stay here. Classy modern and very clean hotel. Like an art gallery with beautiful design. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooftop pool was so clean and gorgeous. Weather was perfect and location perfect. Great value too. The customer service made the stay very pleasant so thank you!
