I should have given 1 stars, but to be fare the price is MUCH lower than competitors.
BUT. Hidden fees are staggering (I paid close to 80$ for ~ 2 gallons of gas).
Do pay attention to the car - scratches can be everywhere, I was trained by some other places to checked the roof and indeed (not mentioned in their database) a huge scratch. Lots and lots of smaller scratches NOT mentioned at database, I think I've listed ~ 12-14 in addition to another 8.

Totally scam! They charged me about 422 euros for fictional damages. AVOID this company!

Only returned our rental car here, so not sure about anything else. It literally took us 40min to drive around the train station to find the place to return. No matter following google map or calling them, there's still no clear address or guidance for us. The Europecar sign at the entrance of the garage is way too tiny to see.

Although they were cooperative, they are taking long time to sort out the issue, They were suppose to refund me 1 day rental charge, it took them almost 6 weeks to do so!

First refused to give me the car because they wanted passport to prove my age, when I already showed them my driving licence, in addition to that, on the email they sent me they did not mention anything about bringing anything other than the driving license, therefore I had to take a taxi back to the hotel and back which cost me €20. Finally, even though I paid for the medium insurance policy, they said I didn't, and made me pay again for it, another €30 on top of the €200 for a Mercedes (which I never got to drive because they gave me a bmw instead saying that it was stated that it can be a similar and not a Mercedes as the one I booked on their official website).
Even though Europcar is the only company I've been using to rent cars from, throughout Europe, after this experience I'll be considering to give another company a go.
