I made a last minute booking of a van which was new and in at perfect shape. The value for money was excellent. I drove through narrow streets and finally I scratched and hit the back side of the van. I told them when I gave the van back. They sent me a repair budget, once again, at a very competitive price. Sixt did not charge any cost to my credit card, I payed them after having review the budget. Thanks so much for such a good service.
