All perfect with the car, but the best part was the excellent customer service and the staff's friendliness and efficiency!

Rented for a day trip to Tarifa. Wanted a nice ride so upgraded to Audi A4; car drove nice, but was bare bones model - cloth seats, manual seat adjust, etc...Upon arrival, they attempted to upgrade to another and then pressure additional insurance, claiming we'll be responsible for full price of the car if we mess anything up. Returned car a few minutes prior to closing (23:00) and found the office locked and no one to receive the car where you have to park it (on the other side of the block), and no directions what to do if you return "after hours". Didn't hear from them until 4 days later when they send me an email claiming scratches on the car. I took pictures of all the scratches before we left since no one comes to inspect the car with you initially. We'll see what happens.
Too bad - this is the only negative experience we had while visiting this beautiful city.

We have made reservation from your company on the internet about 2 weeks ago before we came to the airport. The car we chose was BMW 3 series and while making the reservation we saw that it covered some type of insurance.
When we arrived at the Sixt office at Malaga airport, she found our reservation and told us that there was a special promotion on three types of other cars. She told us that we could choose upon those three options instead of the car we chose on the web.
Then we tried to choose among those 3 options, and when we chose one of them she said that we had to wait for the car and it was not ready yet. When we told her that we did not want to wait and chose the other option.
When we chose the car, she told us that we had to pay an additional 20 euros per day for that car, and did not tell us that we had to pay at the beginning when she first offered it..
Then we told her that we did not want to make any additional payment and want the car we chose on the web initially.
When we told this, she said that the car was not ready yet and we had to wait for about 20 minutes for that car. By this time we lost about 15 minutes while talking all these details. She did not tell us that the car we chose was not ready at the very point we arrived at your office, and tried to sell us another car with additional payment!
Then she said that we had to pay for the insurance, and when we said that there was already an insurance payment included in the online reservation, she told us that it is impoosible and there is no insurance on the website reservation.
By this time we were really fed up with these conversations because we lost about 20 minutes whereas we could already be driving our car towards the city. So we asked if we could have her business card and she told us that she had no business card. Then we asked her name she said “Why? “with a very rude attitude and did not tell her name!!! She said it is on the payment slip. ( Her name is Ms Mellado Sanchez)
Then we went downstairs to the garage to get our car and waited for 30 minutes but there was no car at all!
Up to this time nearly 1 hour had passed and we were really angry.
Then we wanted to cancel this purchase and return it back. Then they offered us a higher model without any additional charge and since we had lost lots of time and we were in a hurry, we accepted and took the car.
The officer in the garage was really eager to help us and he had a very polite attitude in contrast to the attitude of the officer upstairs. He really tried to help us and understood our frustration.
We rented a lot of cars before from different companies, but we have never seen such rude attitude towards the customer.

Friendly staff. final bill was as quoted no extras. New and clean cars.

I wanted just to pick up my prepaid rental but the lady in their office tried really hard to sell other stuff on top of my basic package (navigator, extra insurance, higher class car, etc). She was so aggressive that I can't even describe it. Terrible experience.
