The worst place I've ever eaten. We wondered about bread being on all tables even with no customers which is not sanitary. We then got a table where it was windy and we moved to another table in the corner where there was 15 flies trying to get out, really disgusting. The lobster with rice which we ordered turned out to be paella with lobster which we didn't expect. The cutlery was also dirty to make it all worse. I cannot recommend this place at all.

We went to Gutierrez Playa to eat during lunchtime, you can eat fresh fish here, but unfortunately it went wrong. We had ordered one dorade fish, price was E45 per kilo, which is quite high. We received a smaller looking fish.The fish was ok, nothing special and quite small. The round bread tasted dry and old :( Our bill was much higher than expected, so we checked and saw the fish was calculated for 900gr, almost 1 kilo!! Of course we did not pay it and went straight to the bar area, where an old waiter started shouting when we asked about the weight of the fish! Very rude and unprofessional! Then they changed the bill to 700grams, still way to much...The waiter showed us a real fat fish weighing 750grams, we were 100% sure we did not get a big one like that fish! So we still did not agree and finally we settled for 500grams, still way too expensive!! It looked like we were not the first people to complain about this....This is the first time this happened to us in Spain, and we have been in Spain a lot! DO NOT GO TO GUTIERREZ!

I have been there for a dinner with a colleague because it was near our hotel and we did not want to delay going in the city centre.
The place was completely empty and that was not a very good impression in the first place, but I had seen it full of people at lunch so we tried. Menu offers fish of different kind and the quality is pretty good. The reason why it is more crowded at lunch is probably because the grill is on and you can order fish cooked directly there!
