We were running late collecting our car, as is typical in Andalusia. The office refused to answer the phone more than an hour before closing. When we did arrive, they wouldn't answer the door. After waiting for them to exit the office to retrieve our pre-paid rental, they refused to serve us with a smirk on each of their faces. RENT HERE AT YOUR PERIL. Reading the other review, there's a pattern emerging.
