Taking unfriendly to a new level. The owner undermines the staff and the obvious appeal with comically unfriendly attitude towards customers.
There are other prettier places with better food and a welcoming attitude.
Try them first.

The person who appeared some kind of a boss in this place was the rudest bloke I have had the misfortune to speak to for years. Maybe for the reason that English is not his first language? Neither is mine. Elementary politeness has no nationality though. He told us twice that we cannot sit at a table, first in the garden, then in the front of the place, we would have to move to another table and then to another. Assuming that we will have a drink only? (That was his assumption, he did not really ask.) No sorry, no thank you. Its not that people were exactly queuing for his precious vacant tables at the time. O tempora o mores.

Best New Years in many years, owners served customers with warm and friendly nature. Even their children were involved in the festivities. The food and wine pairing was perfectly balanced. Ended Ina. Great trip with complimentary bubbly to the town square for new year celebrations. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
