Spinal surgery went well but not told anything about what they were going to do as no one could speak English.When I picked my dog up who is large and strong they brought her straight out and asked me to go into a very small room with lots of furniture.As she was very stressed she was throwing herself aroung banging into everything whilst they tried to remove the bandages on her front leg and explain(without sucess)how to manage her when i got home.Then i had to pay.They should have waited and brought her out when everything else was sorted as she could have seriously injured herself.I had to phone my vet in the end to speak to them.Parking very difficult.

Desde el primer segundo se volcaron en intentar salvar a nuestro peludo, no pudo ser ya que estaba muy grave, aún así hicieron lo imposible por salvarle la vida, grandes profesionales al servicio de nuestras mascotas. Muchas gracias por el esfuerzo!

Cuidaron a mi pequeñajo con muchísimo amor, y a mi me trataron de maravilla. Pese a estar tan lejos de casa (vivo en asturias), sentí la calidez humana y profesional

Lleve a mi gato de madrugada y fue atendido magníficamente por el personal del hospital. Fue un acierto acudir rápidamente. Muy recomendable.
