Very bad service. Force the customer to buy the expensive insurance, even though the customer has already brought insurance in Germany. After a long time talking, I rejected to buy the expensive insurance (24 Euro/day). The colleague evils me to have accidents in Mallorca.
I also did not get the car, which I have booked, the car is there, the badly colleague did not want to give me this car. He gave me a worse older one.
Never by this company again!!!

I was offered a Suzuki Swift along with a sheet of paper on which there were no defects pointed out by Click. My wife checked and discovered many minor scratches but one major dent on the back hatch door. The serious defect was a broken and defective rear light. THIS RENDERED THE CAR ILLEGAL TO DRIVE. I insisted on another car.
Unfortunately I had made an error by booking 2 days instead of 3. I was told by phone that a penalty charge of 33 euros would be made.
On returning the car I was told that there was no extra payment needed, but on returning home I find that I have had 2 charges made on my credit card - one for 43 Euros and one for 73 Euros. The DoYouSpain contract was for a payment of 22,14 € as follows :-

my family were charged twice for the car once from u do spain and when we arrived we were told we had not paid and was charged again also did not get back fuel refund as promised , Emailed company with no response. worst experience ever

I have rented cars in Majorca before without a hitch, and have been clean and good standard.
This company started going pear shaped the minute I read where to find the shuttle bus (reads turn left... Nothing, in the end it turned out they're located in the opposite side, okay maybe lost in translation).
The shuttle bus was fine and the driver friendly, and we get the the main office where about 4 staff members can't deal efficiently with 5 customers, it takes about 30 minutes as with everything from ordering a burger to hiring a car seem to be a drawn out ordeal.
Finally we get the car, which is not a nice DS3 or similar but a shabby Corsa (51,000km on the clock) which looked like it had be through a war with North Korea, scrapes everywhere, filthy, smelled inside, steering wheel leather ripped and even the antenna had given up hope as it was snapped over limp.
But in the end it serves its purpose but really spoiled the experience of driving round the island and exploring new things as once you got in and cranked the air con you'd be greet with a foul odour of the previous 100+ owners I suspect.
Anyway, the moral of the story is, if the price is to good to be true then it probably is, plus with the hire company offices being located outside of the airport they can slap on sneaky charges the don't tell you about, like €30 for a 5 minute journey to the airport if you leave before 8 am, so if you have an early flight or late flight avoid this one.
This company has alot of small print, from fill up fees to €30 transfer fees to an airport that is 5 minutes away, I encourage you to use an airport based hire company and avoid these underhand money grab tactics, really leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.
My advice, go to Florida, by the time you pay all the little extras and for all the cheap food, and €3.70 bottles of water from the airport you could have been a holiday you actually want, rather than one you just went on for what you thought was going to be just cheap sun.
Update: I have contacted this company via their site with all my reference numbers etc to ask about the addition charges to my credit card, and to my surprise "nothing".
I just wash my hands of it and put it down to a terrible experience and on the avoid list for future reference, cheap quotes, but not worth the hassle.

I decided to rent a car from this establishment through a third party (Holiday Autos). Having read many of the reviews and experienced similar experiences in foreign countries, I was anxious about what may come of the rental. However, the whole experience was streamline, upfront, and easy. Carlos Wankana was our agent and he made the experience perfect. Two thumbs up! All the dings and scratches on the car were noted (I returned to him 3 times to have him add markings due to the fact that you look over the car in a dark garage...make sure to look at the wheelcovers). We were not charged any gas fees since we brought the car back full.
