We found the Hiper courtesy coach across the car park outside arrivals and after a short 5 minute journey we were at their rental office.
We were pre-booked so the rental process and car check was completed in 10 minutes, so we were on our way in next to no time.
The car was a well worn Corsa but we were renting at the end of the season. No complaints with it though and it was perfect for our needs. The simple rental process was repeated at drop-off and I would recommend Hiper if you are travelling via Palma airport.

I rented a Toyota Aygo in Palmanova and it was absolutely perfect. Quick service, good prices, very fast pick up and drop off. Free shuttle to the airport at drop off from Can Pastilla. I will definitely use Hiper Rent again.

Professional, quick, no complications (unlike some other companies I've read about) - clear insurance price, fair fuel policy (i.e. full to full), quick transfer. Not cheapest, but who needs the hassle that goes with those companies? Only negative was deposit for fuel - got less back because of Hiper bank charging for each transaction.

Was very surprised by high level of organisation. Cars are nearly new and the whole process is really simple. The only downside is that instead of blocking an amount they take a deposit on card and then refund the money so you might loose on currency conversions.

Recently rented a small car from here for a weekend trip to Mallorca. Arrived quite late on Friday and they were still waiting for us, quite accomodating to your arrival time. Staff were efficient and everything was done quickly and with minimal fuss. No issues at all, as it should be! The free 5 min shuttle bus they offer to and from the airport is a great service. Would use them again.
