After returning the car they charged me for a missing wiper blade almost 90,00 Euro. Eventhough we could provide a picture which is proving the wiper blade was already missing at the beginning, they are not refunding the money. I wrote a couple of mails to the customer service without an answer. This Company and their service is just dissapointing and very unprofessional. I will not use them again.

As stated in the other comments this is a scam. They offer chip prices online but then ask for much more for insurance / credit card payment / not waiting 2 hours / fuel. Plus some of the staff can be agressive.

Excellent, good value service at Palma Majorca airport from Interrent/Europcar, - from start to finish. Excellent car which was as advertised. It was clean and brand new, with a few scratches but we were made aware of them. It took 45 minutes from queuing at the beginning in the airport itself to getting the keys in our hands in the car park over the road ,which I think is reasonable.
Returning the car took less than 5 minutes!

I dont really understand negative reviews about hidden charges and paying large sums on site in addition to car rental fee. Whilst they made me aware that I can purchase additional insurance with them, I was not forced to do so. There was a queue of 10 people waiting to hire before us; there were 4 members of staff behind the counter and it took only 1 hour to collect the car, which I thought was not too bad. Return was even quicker (

Bad Service and they want your money for everything. You may even pay 30 Euro if You would like to get served faster. Very long waits, maybe on purpose. They try to make money out of everything and tell You that you need extra insurance even though you booked all inclusive before. Neben again. My fault I didnt read the reviews before I got the car.
