Our rental car was in good condition and quite cheap as well.
I suggest you read the terms and conditions carefully since there is a fee I had to pay because I dropped off the car before 7am so I was charged a 40€ extra which was stated in the terms and conditions but it was a hand out I was given when I picked up the car and not when I booked it online. To be honest I did not read the paper because it was just text in a very small font and I wanted to drive to my hotel. Just make sure to read everything.
Other than that the staff speaks good English and is very nice.

Despite having a reservation in advance it took over an hour to get the car. I would not recommend coming here, it makes the start of the vacation horrible. They also try various tricks to get more money out of you.

Great car, great service, really cheap. We got a much better car than ordered, they waited for us over one hour in the night. I can only recommend it!

Dishonest selling tactics in respect to insurance products. We bought our 'excess waiver' up front at the time of booking online but OK refused to acknowledge this and still insisted on a €600 deposit on a credit card in the drivers name. My husband doesn't have a credit card so offered them his debit card but they wouldn't accept this. I offered my credit card but as I wasn't the named driver, they wouldn't accept this either. Instead they took €200 from us to cover a premium policy I'd already paid for, for which I had documented evidence of. Their excuse was 'it's just a piece of paper, how do we know you're covered'. The policy we bought was offered to us by the booking company who OK authorise to sell their products. The woman in OK who served us said 'we shouldn't buy these insurance products, it's better to buy direct from OK, this other company is no good'. I asked her to explain why they were working with this company if they didn't trust them? She shrugged and told us if we wanted to hire the car we had to pay. Our car hire has ended up costing us more than double what our flights cost. The policy we took out with the other company cannot be refunded. On top of this, we waited almost 30 minutes to get our car - this was after an incredibly stressful journey with our 3 year old that started out at 2am. I also called the OK call centre to check the local office opening times and after a 10 minute hold time, I spoke to an unhelpful lady who told me the wrong information about their office opening times and was very rude. Horrible company. Avoid at all costs.

The service was excellent. This girl Bianca was very nice and she helped us a lot, We had problems with the booking but she made everything she could to give us a car and also fast because we had our babies waiting. While Bianca was perfect her partner next to her was very rude with all of the customers. We're glad we had a nice employee and not her partner .Such a great worker there The Office is OK, you have to wait but is normal in High season. The car was better than expected and drop off was easy and fast. I will recommend this company to my friends and family
