One of nicest hotels we've stayed in. Amazing buffet breakfast with local and Italian produce. Extremely comfortable room. The most friendly service we could have asked for.

First, the staff are wonderful. On arrival was welcomed and shown the facilities as well given a map with great advice in where to eat and drink, this way didn't feel lost on our first day. The housekeepers also are very welcoming and friendly. Second the room, simply amazing, modern, light, bright and calming. I haven't stayed in a nicer room, the toiletries are also top notch. Third, location. Perfect, steps away from a really great coffee shop/cafe, tapas bar, shops, train station, market, really this hotel is a perfect location. I don't think I can really fault the hotel, certainly not for the room I stayed in and the staff I met, if I were to travel to Palma I would just stay here, effortlessly enjoyable!

Great hotel in the Middleton of Palma city centre. The area is quiet, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and roll service is by Marc Fosh, the in-house Michelin star restaurant. Facilities are great, with a SPA area in the basement and a pool on the roof terrace. Complimentary towels and refreshments are readily available. A very nice hotel with a touch of luxury.
