Went for a mini break in October. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a family suite which was clean and spacious. Located 10 mins walk to the beach and marina. Used the excellent spa and gym (although a few free weights in the gym and a mat would be helpful). The beds by the pool were very comfortable and you can exchange pool towels every day. Stayed half board. Extensive choice and food good quality. We don’t eat meat but there was a huge selection of fish and vegetable dishes. A Vegetarian sign would be useful next to food if it doesn’t contain meat as we once bit into a Mexican dish which was located next to the vegetables only to discover it contained chicken! It would also be nice to have a large jug of fresh water in the evening without having to buy bottled water as the cost soon mounts up (water is free in the mornings from a machine). We will definitely return next year. Overall good value for money - the hotel is very clean, staff are lovely and friendly and food is very good.

No complaints from this couple. Everything was to our satisfaction, pleasant and helpful staff, facilities that met our expectations, and the hotel is well placed in the Portals Nous area. Would have no hesitation in staying here again if we were planning a holiday or short break in this area.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Arriving very late due to delayed flight, food was waiting for us along with a lovely room. We paid for the top floor and were not disappointed. Ultra clean and well presented. Nice views. Every member of staff we dealt with were fantastic from the top down. Cannot fault anyone. My husband used the spa access included in our package and rated it highly. We also dined in the hotel half board. Breakfast was varied and nice. (Use the microwave to warm up some items..normal for big hotels, they can't keep everything piping hot under the lights) and dinner was nice. Different choices each night so it wasn't boring and there was plenty to choose from. We thought we would go out some nights but we enjoyed the food we didn't ! Nice location, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and with our hire car we were close to the main motorway to get anywhere on the Island. Would highly recommend and if we return again to Mallorca, it would be to this Hotel. Enjoyable stay, Thankyou.

Beds very uncomfortable but that is the only negative. Would definitely stay here again. Helpful staff, spotless rooms, great Spa, breakfast to cater for everyone. Location wise it was great & regular bus services, efficient taxis & car hire all in the mix. Lovely beaches within walking distance. Exceeded expectations overall.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to amenities, attractions, the airport and Palma. Short walk to beach and marina. Rooms, public areas and pool area spotlessly clean. Great view from balcony. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet including an amazing seafood buffet one evening. Friendly, welcoming staff, particularly the manager, waiters, bar staff & cleaning staff. Can't fault anything and would love to return one day.
