Modern airy rooms with big windows. Nice firm bed. Some furniture had seen better days but I bet they go through hell during the high season (we visited in November when it was quiet). Attentive and pleasant staff. Breakfast costs extra, and I didn't bother getting it - generally you would sleep in given how late Palmans have their dinner! Convenient walk to the waterfront and to Bellver castle (though steps and hills are the name of the game everywhere) The TV had, bizarrely only Spanish, German and French channels - no CNN or similar.

Great hotel, staff and location. We stayed for 7 nights and would definitely return. It’s close to the marina and not too far from the city centre.

One of the best hotels I've been in. Lovely staff and really helpful. All speak English which is a bonus for who doesn't speak Spanish.
But if you're like me with a broken Spanish you'll get on just fine.
The view to the city is not the most amazing view but you get really nice sunshine and a peaceful place to just hang out.
Close to the marina (10 min walk) where you have some nice pubs and restaurants and it's a really nice place to just go for a walk.
The hotel offers bike / scooter rentals and some tours (trough another company), which I recommend renting.
Food is amazing and definitely a highlight of the trip. At breakfast they have a nice buffet, enough choice to have a different breakfast every day of your vacation.

Great staff, all encountered so far are knowledgeable and very helpful. Room is a good size, clean and very presentable with mini bar and modern en suite shower room. Convenient location to the marinas, plenty of local restaurants and only a 30 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Food is excellent, would have no hesitation in returning.
Update: Thursday 3rd August 2017. The food here has been excellent since we arrived, this evening I have just enjoyed the beef entrecote cooked to perfection 😋 had to compliment the chefs in person

Not a five-star hotel, but five stars for meeting the expectations. It was newly refurbished recently (some works were still going on in June 2017), - so it should be a good value deal in general. Not a fancy location at all, no spectacular views or well maintained neighborhood. But it is a good starting point if you have a business reason to stay or you anyway are not the person who wants to sit in a luxury hotel and watching the sea.
A supermarket is near if needed for any reason. Breakfast is average good, nice selection, fresh fruits and yogurt included, in a pleasant restaurant. Sweet pastries could be improved, they are covered with some sticky sugary goo and otherwise pretty much stale (or joyless).
The personnel was really kind and the newly refurbished pool area is also quite pleasant...
