It's a good train station, has some places to eat and buy things.

It's not really a shopping centre, it's basically the train station with a supermarket underneath, a cinema and restaurants at one end and very few shops, including a sports clothes shop, an optician, a newsagent. In the UK we wouldn't call it a shopping centre, it would just be a train station.
It's a nice train station, it has restaurants and a cinema, plus a Carrefour supermarket which is open on Sundays, and a gym. So it's five stars for a train station, but three for a shopping centre because there are almost no "shops".
