Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. School party's arriving by the bus load and teachers letting them run riot ! Walls paper thin and can hear everything. It's far from clean and staff not Intrested when item went missing from my room. Would recommend to give this hotel a miss! Looks lovely in the brochures don't be fooled it's terrible.

Tropical design and interior is nice, however the staff barely speaks English. Food and rooms are good. I would rate it the 4 stars it promises. Nearby attractions are awesome.

Came here when it was very quiet so i didn't get the full experience, but i can definitely see it being amazing at the height of summer when the pools are open. Free access to the parks (+ 1 day in Ferrari land) included in the office which was already cheap is amazing. No need to rush to do everything in the main park, it's nice to just have a stroll around and take in the awesome scenery throughout.

Lovely rooms within the hotel.....Both breakfast and dinner are plentiful.....If you want a change, you can get vouchers from the reception...and eat elsewhere within the park.
The WIFI is very good and the surroundings are superb.....The swimming pool is generally quiet. Definitely worth staying there for a few days.....

Stayed here for American nights in July 2017. Best of all the Portaventura hotels! Standard room but suited our needs. Great view from our balcony looking straight at Red Force in Ferrari Land. Pass into Portaventura was free for the duration of our stay and after check out. Had to pay €15 for Ferrari land which wasn't too our taste... Red Force the only attraction worth visiting. Great selection of food from the buffet. Only thing I didn't like was that we were not allowed bring as much as a slice of ham out of the restaurant, it had to be eaten in the restaurant. Felt like the waiter picked on us as tourists and did not say a word to the Spanish locals who had two loaves of bread stuffed into their bags. Other than that all staff we encountered were very helpful.
