Hotela Niza, San Sebastian, was all that other reviewers said, but for us the stay was intolerable because of the stench of strong cheap perfumes of the cleaning products. I coughed continually, night and day, despite keeping room windows open, refusing room service, and using a wet mask as we hurried through the public areas.
Reception took no notice when we told them about the problem.
This fault could be easily remedied.

Perfect location on La Concha. Clean and accommodating with nice bedding. The restaurant was fantastic for all meals. And the room rate was very fair.

Great location, very helpful staff, very nice people, great restaurant, room are nice and comfy, I guess in Europe boutique hotel like this rooms are small, I'm happy with comfy bed, but spacious wise is bit tiny, the old elevator is nice but in the morning when everyone getting out it was bit noisy. But only few days stay that was ok. I definitely will return, is just the best location, right in front of the beach. Nothing more need to say.

Great accommodation. Room had a balcony and plenty of space. The hotel is right by the beach. Although the elevator and stairs in the hotel were dated, the hotel was nice.
