Fui a la parada de taxis Padre la Roca en San Sebastian y me encontré con la sorpresa de que habia un taxi con matricula 0207JSM aparcado pero sin conductor. A los pocos minutos llegó otro taxi, pero este aparcó en frente de un bar con el piloto en verde y se metió en el bar. Finalmente nos recogió otro taxi pudimos y el conductor era bastante desagradable. En fin, parece que los taxistas de San Sebastian no quieren trabajar. Muy mal servicio y encima caro.

Stayed in San Sebastian for a weekend. Used their services a few times and didn't have any problem except one night I had to call at least 10 times before they answer the phone.

Waited at the taxi stand for 30 minutes for a taxi, none came. We called twice, they said they would send someone, but no one came. We missed out reservation due to this company. Take the bus, these people will waste your time.

Called for taxi pick up, waited 15 mins didn't turn up. Called again, was told only one taxi available and if it didn't come then there is no other taxis. Found a taxi rank, taxi refused ride as we had 2 large luggage. Don't use or rely on this service.
