Entregue el coche todo correcto con tiket de gasolinera y 5dias ni me han devuelto la fianza . He ido a una oficina y me dicen que es culpa de mi banco.
Hace unos meses alquile con otra compañía y todavía yo en el aeropuerto y me saltó elmesage en el móvil con la fianza devuelta.
Primera vez que alquiló con ellos y la última.

Pathetic.. Rude unhelpful staff. Poor location difficult to find. Cars off site not at airport. Poor information. Uncompetitive prices.

Patético, servizio terribile, precios altos, operadores maleducados, los coches no están cerca del aeropuerto. no saben ni como dar la dirección ni cuando llega el bus para llevar al aeropuerto.

I booked a car through their website. Went smoothly, but I didn't get to prepay, I got an estimated price and had to pay when I picked up the car.

When I got the car he forgot to mention that I should return it with a full tank. I also didn't know that Avis would charge an extra ~96€ from my credit card. This works as a deposit? I'm not sure what he meant when he explained it when I had to go back. Anyway, he said they will refund it in a week or two.

So, it's probably not the cheapest place to rent a car, but it works. Just wish they'd given all the information to start with.

For GPS they have a Samsung tablet with Google maps. Works fine. Costs 5 € a day.
Extra insurance is 15€ a day.
