Nice hotel in lovely area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Only stayed one night, but had food in the bar area, which was delicious!
Drinks are a little overpriced compared with the rest of the city. Also having to pay extra to use the spa is rather cheeky.

The hotel is really fancy, feels super luxurious. Nonetheless, after taking a shower all the bathroom floor was really wet and we couldn't get it clean so we used the towels there so soak it all. Other than that, we came in with a rental car and looked for a place to park. They told us in the reception to park at the near parking lot. After their approval and checks we had to switch our parking card with a new one at the cashier (at the parking lot) and then we can come in and out. We stayed at this hotel for only two nights and when we checked out they charged us for 24€ for the parking (!). They should have mentioned this in advance and not let us park there thinking that its all ok. The parking inside looks like it actually belongs to the hotel.. Apperantly its not. It was an unpleasant way to find out.

Quiet but central location in the heart of Santa Cruz (apart from the occasional dog barking and frenetic 2-stroke scooter noise). Excellent breakfast buffet. Room is very comfortable and quiet thanks to double doors. Good size salt water pool not undersized for the size of the hotel. If you rent a car then ensure car park option is included in your package. Staff are courteous and helpful. Room cleaned daily and very effectively. Spa is worth a visit and gym facilities are excellent. Our 2nd time here and will be saving up for a return visit next year. Highly recommended.
