Always extremely helpful and friendly. I rent from this office -- at the train station -- whenever I am in Galicia, and the staff go out of their way to accommodate requests. Excellent cars (Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes, etc.), with good-humored and knowledgable customer service. No podría ser mejor.

Pésima atención. Un día estaba en la puerta cerrando la contratación telefónica para coger el coche y cuando ya me lo autorizaron me dicen que son las 19.32 y se van, teniendo que ir al aeropuerto a recoger el coche. Y hoy esperé 20 minutos porque la oficina estaba vacía. O es mala suerte o el que está en la oficina no vale.

The rental price is in the middle, however the deposit amount was the largest when compared to competitors (300 EUR). Other than that, everything's fine - the car was new and the service was good.

The location is really at the train station entrance (to the left), not where europcar website shows. Car was new and in a perfect condition. 1800 km - to St.Sebastien and back with no problems @ 5.1 liters / 100 km.
