No fitness. There is a spa. mediocre dinner food, nice lunchfood. Perfect stay since you should visit things on the island and not stay at the hotel. if the frontdesk calls a cab they usually show up under 5 minutes

Loved it with my dad two children an myself great at their kids club even tho my son is English the staff made sure he was welcome an also staff made my friend an her children feel welcome who was staying in another hotel but loved it to!! So both family will definitely be visiting next year!! Also I will mention your bar man Carlos great customer service with the children to....also your night receptionist from the night my family an I arrived on the 4th of September he was very pleasant ...helpful...an so politely...sorry can't remember he's name......but one issue my family was put in such a small room!!! As I see the comparison with jus one lady an her husband... jus two people.....was not Right!!!
but over all... excellent place!!!!

Great hotel. One problem, it's at the top of a very steep uphill walk of about a mile from the seafront. However there is a free bus that runs twenty past the hour. BUT it stops at 7-20pm.and doesn,t operate on weekends.

For all the idiots giving this hotel a bad rating, you clearly holiday too much. Room is great, food is tastey, the hotel staff are amazing. If your coming for a long stay there's loads around. Very hilly and quite strenuous walks if your not used to it. Not far from centre of town, all down hill, and five euro to get a taxi back. I would 100% come back.

This is not a 4* Hotel. Insects in the room, rooms not cleaned and to be seriously refreshed! No air conditioning, and very low quality food. You must pay for unlimited wifi and any better quality food and drinks! We do NOT recommend this hotel!!
