Second visit to this lovely, old-fashioned hotel where the rooms are comfortable, spotless and the service second to none. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough to make your holiday special, including a surprise birthday cake, flowers and cava for my daughter's birthday - very welcome and unexpected. The spa is very relaxing and the on--site restaurants provide a variety of meal options so that you do not need to leave the hotel if you don't want to Breakfast is amazing, unhurried and is so generous that you don't really need any lunch. The grounds are beautifully kept and full of butterflies and birds. It may be pricey, but worth every penny to feel that you have been transported back to a more civilised and less stressed time where good service is delivered with a smile in beautiful surroundings. I look forward to returning soon. Thank you Hotel Botanico for a lovely holiday!

It's what you expect from a 5 star hotel: great spaces inside and outside, attentive service, lovely spa and pools, amazing breakfast. It's conveniently located in a quiet area away from the busy city centre, which means you can quickly get out of town for your day trips.

Still maintains its elegance but a bit out dated. Spa, the best in the world without a doubt. Service, second to none.

This is a good hotel but with many points that need attention. I was with someone very special to me for a few days holiday. We had a fabulous time. However we found the Italian restaurant extremely disappointing. The other two in house restaurants were OK. Not of a standard for a 5 star hotel. Both of us work in this trade and we were also astonished by the inadequate wine list. Breakfasts were superb.. Staff friendly and efficient..the overall feel of the place was excellent with beautiful gardens. Please take a look at the food and wine offering. It desperately needs a revamp.
