I’ve had a fabulous time here in ur hotel an I’ve been on my own ,,,,,,all the staff have been very friendly an accommodating ,,,,especially the entertainment crew fran an the young lady who’s name has escaped me for the moment ,,,,they make everyone feel very welcome an make the games enjoyable an fun to play ,,,shall definitely be coming back ,,,thanks once again 😘😂

Lovely hotel very clean! Food was different everyday for lunch and dinner! Only improvement I would suggest is the entertainment but it wasn't bad just not a lot of variety during the week for me personally.
However I must praise the staff in particular at this hotel they were always very friendly and more than happy to help with any requests or queries. Lovely people brilliant customer service!

Well where to start some staff are friendly others grumpy and avoid you pool nice but people don't go by the rules website said no children yet children everywhere I wouldn't of booked if I knew. quite a hill walk to the beach and very steep steps to walk back up. elevator was broken on inside when we arrived for 3 days, food cold at dinner not the greatest place will be looking else where next time plenty of beautiful hotels closer to the beach and shops definitely shouldn't be a 4 star hotel maybe a low 3 at a push defo a 2 will not be staying again here. Not the greatest honeymoon for us. Fridge in room was warm so keeping water and juice cold was difficult wouldn't recommend to anyone i know.

The animator for kids is great. Kids enjoy playing with her. The hotel has 2 pools and an outdoor bar. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included in price. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and smilling

Modern, clean and very helpful staff. The only downside is the wall walk down to the seafront shopping area, beware it is a steep climb back to the hotel, great if you want to work up an appetite, if not get a taxi, they're cheap enough.
