Hotel was nice , staff is cold to customer . Has free shuttle and you should take it .

Beautiful hotel. Outwith city centre but the hotel provide a free shuttle bus every hour from 10am. Beautiful hotel, beautiful surroundings and very friendly staff

Rooms are good but there is not much to do in the hotel itself and it's in the middle of nowhere. Plan to spend your time downtown and not in the hotel.

Good hotel with not so good service and attention to detail. The pool is public so expect crowds.

Quite large rooms at what has to be one of Toledo's choice hotels. Well outside the city wall, so have a car or expect to be taking taxis to get anywhere. Good lounge with a very basic bar menu. Was very quiet while I was here.
