The staff is simply great! I compared prices with other rentals nearby (Sixt, Hertz, Europcar) and it was the cheapest and I got a 2017 car with 6.000km. 100% recommended.

I've rented a family car for one day only. The price was not as low as some other low cost car rent companies, but the deposit was small compared to those ones (Goldcar requested a deposit of 1,400.00 EUR...).
Anyway, the people there were friendly (Gracias Carlos por su acogedor), the service offered was nice.
I had read a few reviews on the fact that they inspect the car thoroughly and blame you for any little scratch or that they are not flexible on the fuel policy, but I must admit I was nicely surprised when I gave back the car at the airport. I just had to drop the keys and saw my deposit reimbursed the same day on my bank account.
Maybe we were lucky, but I will definitely go through them to rent a car next time I go to Valencia.

We've (myself and a couple of friends) rented a car for 14 days. We had a good price, and the car was brand new - 6000 km. We've had no problems with Enterprise, or with the car.
When we returned it, since we had no damage to the car, they just signed the papers and that was it.
It was the only experience I've had with them and it was all good.
