What a luxurious hotel. Absolutely lovely setting and the staff are all wonderfully friendly. Breakfast selection is fantastic and the view of the sunrise is amazing from the large outdoor area. The beach is also close by with easy carded access. The gym facilities are good for a quick workout to keep the Tapas in check. The indoor pool is of a small size but fine for us as we were staying off season so we had it to ourselves without kids. Beds are comfy and complimentary water and coffee on first night is a nice touch. Towels are provided for pool side and no issue taking them to the beach. Only downside is the showers in the room which was a cubicle style multijet affair that leaked and did not have a consistent temperature. We had two adjoining rooms and both showers had the same issue. The shower above the bath was good but the screen insufficient so the bathroom ended up soaked. However, that being said, the cleanup is the hotels problem and they did take care of that everyday but it would be good if they update the showers to something more simple and reliable. Overall a superb experience and good location for the beach, and only 10-15 euro taxi ride to the city centre.

This is the best hotel/resort. Genuine service, spectacular views, easily accessible, beautifully appointed. Cycling opportunities are many or simply lounge around the resort. The staff standout for their patience and service.

We recently stayed at this hotel. From the second we arrived the staff were fantastic. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool & sea. It was fantastic. A proper balcony. The room was great. We had dinner at the restaurant & the staff again treated us like royalty. Food to die for. Sadly. We wanted to stay an extra night but the hotel was fully booked. We plan on returning soon to see more of Valencia and will definitely stay here. Cheers. Mark.
