Very Dry chicken in the paella with a bone loose, ketchup and mayonnaise topped the potatoes bravas, dry bread....service was OK though...

They served us a seafood paella and a traditional. Both were very badly burnt on the bottom, we couldn't eat it. I was there with my family and I was embarrassed as this was their first time trying the famous dish of Valencia. I talked to waiter about it and he said that's the way it normally. He could see that we were very unhappy about it. I gave them an opportunity to do something nice, take sonething off the bill or offer us some coffees, but they still charged us for everything. Won't be going back there or recommending it to anyone

The food came quickly but couldn't order a vegetarian paella as we had to book beforehand as we came before 4pm (!) The food was quite average and not freshly prepared, merely reheated before served.. Price was alright but considering the quality, I would expect something cheaper.. wouldn't recommend.

Nice food, very bad service. Our ordered wine was not opened for half an hour, we did not get another chance to order, while our Spanish neighbours were already on their third course, the mineral water never came, it was not possible to order the paella for two, the main feat of the restaurant (than we had to wait for an hour). Service could be improved upon, I think they do not like foreign tourists, but may be no one does.
