Car park us pretty dangerous. I use to shop at house of fashions those days but this was the first time i went after it was shifted here.
There are very good and worth items. Enjoyed shopping there and the variety. I may go there sometime again ofcourse it is not the prices that use to shop at house of fashions. Now the prices for locals too high.
Enojoyed my afternoon but could gave a better food court.

Huge shopping are of clothes, accessories, a small selection of books, toys and other household items. Sales staff can be quite unfriendly at times. And not great to see shoppers being allowed to fit on clothes in the common areas and not in changing rooms (possibly because changing rooms are quite limited proportionate to the amount of customers). Some ppl do it decently while others don't.
For clothes you get a good selection, and now they have their own brand as well -so less of the good international brands and more of the proprietary brand.
Be mindful about household items. Lots of unknown Chinese brands also. My experience with this type of goods have not been good.
Cafeteria serves Maggie Noodles cups as the only food item, machine tea/nescafe, and a organic fruit juice stall.
Parking is ample.
Currency exchange counter is available but don't know how the rates are.
Photography is not permitted inside - reason for not having much posted.

Good place to buy casual clothing. Large variety and mega display.
House of fashions have moved from using poly bags to put clothing in, really appreciate the move to preserve mother nature.

It's a great shopping mall with cheap products. Even though there are quality products also but it's the best place to buy things in cheap or reasonable price.. Some might be low quality. You should be smart enough to choose things.

No proper customer service. The shop assistants are good as well as the cashiers but those assisting the cashiers, some of them are careless and have a bit of an attitude. When an item was damaged due to the carelessness of the cashier's assistant, there was no apology from her and she didn't even look at me. The supervisor on that particular floor apologized but not the person who made the mistake. And when we went downstairs to complain the manager kept us waiting over 30 minutes and just didn't come for us to register a complaint.
The selection is good and prices aren't too bad but the service needs improvement asap
