Oversalted and overpriced
I ordered the Iberico Pluma (249SEK). The quality of the pork was great, but it was ruined unedible with excessive use of salt. Sent the dish back and the second cut of meat was better salted though still on the heavy side, but the french fries were ridiculously salty! Maybe the chef was giving me a hard time because I sent the dish back. Well, who knows. Didn't get apologies or a discount. No need to go back here...
