I had a good experience with this sixt office. Good service and good cars. 4 stars because they told me the car doesn't have any damages before. After I checked there were at least 4 scratches on different parts of the car. After raising this up everything was fine.

Becareful of these guys when returning your car. I was told to drop car in carpark behind train station if returning during buisness hours. I did so and dropped keys into the office. Next day I got an email claiming I damaged the car (which I hadn't) They did not check the car with me when dropping off or listen to my side of argument. I was charged 300 euro which I later challenged and my credit card company reversed the charge, that took 3 months of waiting though... I would not recommend this company as they will try anything to get extra chareges out of you

Terrible experience, would give zero stars if possible...disorganized, unresponsive, no concept of customer service. Forced us to pay for a GPS when they had not informed us the car came with one...rented us the wrong car, only to make us wait for hours when they tried to figure out how to fix a problem they had created...left us stranded in the middle of nowhere when our car broke down, leaving us to find a tow truck and absorb all costs. Typical response was that there was nothing sales associate could do, and no way to contact supervisor. Honestly not sure how it would be possible for them to be any more incompetent - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Nos hicieron mal el contrato,nos dieron un coche sin la documentación, nos cobraron un GPS sin advertirnos que el coche alquilado lo llevaba de serie. Nos dejaron tirados en medio de la noche en medio de Suecia tras una avería con el coche, sin darnos una solución y correr nosotros con todos los gastos. A posteriori se han lavado las manos y no nos han dado solución, aún sin nosotros negarnos a pagar la avería. Solo con la ayuda de Sixt España fuimos capaces de volver a España. Pésima la gestión de esta franquicia y más lamentable aúna de su personal, sin mencionar la de su manager, lamentable, pésima y a la vez irresponsable. Alquilaría con Sixt en la estación del aeropuerto de Nyrrköping. Si queréis tener todos los problemas del mundo y que encima os dejen tirados a vuestra suerte con un coche indocumentado, este es vuestro sitio, ojito con la oficina de Malmö, es de la misma dueña. Actualizo, nos dicen por teléfono que la avería serán unas 400 coronas, posteriormente nos cobran más de 600 euros y sin adjuntar factura de la avería.
