One of the nicer hotels that we stayed at on our tour through Sweden and Norway. Both of the Best Western facilities that we stayed at were at the top of our list. They both had NEARLY perfect showers. Scandinavian hotels seem to NOT like containing all of the water within the shower enclosure for some reason. In some cases, "enclosure" is not even a valid description. One always needs to reserve a towel for drying the floor AROUND the shower when finished!

Good standard hotel, great position to visit Kalmar on foot and enjoy the town life during the holiday season. Ok quality/price. Can be a bit noisy since the rooms look directly upon the streets.
