Personnel seems not to be interested in customers at all, they ignore you until either you start protesting or they find it suitable to them, not you. It seems that work for them is more a place to talk to each other on some Arabic language. And once they decide to do their job and pay some attention to you, they are not polite. Very unpleasant visit to this place!
