We where a group of 7 with one of us being a child (4years old).
We had an reservation and the table was ready when we got there.
Then the problems started.
Our table was never looked after and we had to go and get waitors or halt them as they passed by to get any help.
Not even one of the courses was served at the same time and some had to wait 20-30 minutes to get theirs even when there was nothing sent back.
But two of the main courses and al of the starters where sent back.
Some of the food was good (after it was sent back) and some was ok but we where so hungry so not everyone sent their overcooked meat back..
We where there 4 hours and at least 1 of the hours where just active time trying to get help.
Will NOT recommend .

Saturday night, the place wasn't full but the service has been extremely slow. I ordered a steak [rare] and a side, both labeled "deluxe". It took a good 35 minutes to get the food to the table: the steak was really cold, as if it had been left somewhere for a while, and the side was significantly smaller than the pictures suggested. [Also my water had lemon in it, which I personally don't like and wasn't mentioned in the menu].
I also had to wait to pay, 10 minutes before the waitress came to the table [it isn't allowed to pay at the counter].

terrible food in a nice decorated shop. the premium steak is way over cook, dry and salty. the table have two bottle of salt but no paper. really a low end fast food quality if i had to be honest... however, the serving time way too long if compare with fast food joints.
no service at all... i cannot recommend this shop.

Was on holiday in Stockholm and decided (reluctantly on my part!) to pop in here for something quick. Dirty tables and seating, was sat there for 20 minutes before a waitress bothered to come and take our drinks order and was sat around for over an HOUR for some very average food. Was literally about to walk out. Waitress had a bad attitude and wasn't apologetic at all. Honestly, probably the worst service I've ever received in my life. You'd be better off going to the McDonald's next door, probably better food and service for a better price!

Excellent meal for a reasonable cost. Everything was great from start to finish, the food was tasty, served quickly and the waiters did a wonderful job. Really glad to have stepped through the door.
